✨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING✨ Hi there! I’m Tiggz (she/her) and I’m looking forward to meeting you! To make sure I’m a good fit for your needs, please read my policies below. ➡️ I’m a curly/wavy hair specialist first and foremost, however I love to cut all hair types. If you like my work and want me to cut your hair, please book! ➡️ ALL new client color services require a consultation. Please hold off on booking a color service with me until after your first appointment. ➡️ I charge hourly for color services and a flat rate for my haircuts. I do this because I do not double or triple book so you and your hair get my undivided, complete attention. ➡️ I do not accept tips - it’s all factored into the cost of your service. 😊 ➡️ All NEW curl clients will need to book a Short/Medium/Long Curly/Wavy Cut for your initial appointment. This is the appointment where I get to know you and your hair, and we go over proper care/maintenance and product. ➡️ All RETURNING clients may book an Express Cut or an Express Cut + Wash + Style if you are coming back WITHIN 6 MONTHS and no major changes are being made to your hairstyle. ➡️ If you’re a returning client but it’s been more than 6 months -OR- you want a style change, please book a Short/Medium/Long Curly/Wavy Cut depending on the length of your current hairstyle. This way, we can go over styling your new ‘do. ➡️ If you are a non-curly client wanting to book a shag, wolf cut or a mullet and you don’t already have one, please book a Transformation Cut so we have time to go over styling. ➡️ I guarantee my work, so for two weeks after your appointment if you feel like something is off or not to your liking, please contact me and I’ll have you come back in to adjust. ➡️ I use no tox/very low tox products which are always available for purchase either in the studio or through the link in my Instagram bio. Masks are optional. ✨CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/LATE POLICY✨ I am a one woman show so if you don’t make your appointment, I don’t get paid. Therefore, my policy on this is pretty strict. Thanks for understanding! ➡️ If you need to cancel, please do it within 48 hours of your appointment so I am able to fill your appointment slot. ➡️ If you have a late cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your service to the card you have on file. If your card is expired or you don’t have a card on file for some reason, you will be unable to book with me until the fee is paid. ➡️ If you are sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. I love my clients and I trust y’all so please be honest with me! I won’t charge a fee for sick cancellations. ➡️ If you no-show me once, you will be asked to provide a 50% deposit in order to rebook with me. If you no-show a second time, I will not book you again. ➡️ If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, I will need to reschedule you and you will be assessed a 50% late fee. Please make sure you give yourself ample time to arrive and park! ✨WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT✨ ➡️ Please come to your appointment with clean hair, no product. ➡️ If you arrive to your appointment with dirty hair, you’ll be assessed a $15 additional fee ➡️ If you have any questions prior to your appointment, you can text me! Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours, otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.
