✨ HI, I’M TIGGZ ✨ I’m Tiggz (she/her), a Portland hairstylist specializing in curly and wavy hair — but I love all hair types. I also dabble in vivids, color blocking and funky cuts. My appointments are one-on-one. I don’t double or triple book, which means your appointment time is entirely yours. Haircuts are priced at a flat rate and color is priced hourly, so we can focus on what your hair actually needs rather than squeezing it into a predetermined package. Tips are never expected. ✂️ BEFORE YOU BOOK New curl clients: Please book a New Client Curly/Wavy Cut for your first visit. We’ll have extra time to talk about your hair, your goals, home care, styling, and products. Returning curl clients: If it’s been less than 6 months and you’re maintaining your current shape, you can book Express Cut or The Whole Shebang. If it’s been more than 6 months or you’re making a significant change, please book the Extended Curly/Wavy Haircut so we have enough time to create and style your new shape without rushing. Shags, mullets & major transformations: If you have straight/non-curly hair and are getting a completely new shape, please book a Transformation Cut so we have time for styling and education. Color: All new color clients require a consultation before booking. Please don’t book a color appointment until we’ve met or completed your consultation. 🌀 HOW TO ARRIVE FOR A CURL APPOINTMENT Please arrive with your hair: • Clean and completely dry • Down and in its natural pattern • With minimal or no styling product (some leave in is ok) • Not stretched, straightened, braided, or pulled into a bun/ponytail I need to see how your hair naturally lives in order to give you the best cut. If your curl pattern has been significantly altered when you arrive, we may need to reschedule and a 50% fee will apply. 💗 HAIR INSURANCE My work is guaranteed. If something about your cut isn’t sitting quite right, book a complimentary Hair Insurance appointment within two weeks of your original service and I’ll make the necessary adjustment. 🌿 PRODUCTS + SALON Products I use and recommend are available for purchase in the salon or through the link in my Instagram bio. My studio is fairly small, so I kindly ask that you do not bring any friends or family to your appointment unless they have one too. If there are extenuating circumstances, please let me know ahead of time by sending me a quick message. Masks are always optional. ⏰ CANCELLATIONS + LATE ARRIVALS I reserve your appointment time specifically for you, so I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. If you’re sick, please reschedule asap. I would much rather see you when you’re feeling better ❤️‍🩹 No-shows: After one no-show, a 50% deposit will be required to book future appointments. After a second no-show, I will no longer be able to accept future bookings. Late arrivals: At 10 minutes late, I may no longer have enough time to provide your full service. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% late fee will apply. Please allow enough time for traffic and parking. Questions before your appointment?
